    Asian Comfort Food

    After a long semester, it is time for winter break. For many, this means coming home and being around the ones you love. There is no better feeling than being able to finally relax and unwind with friends and family. Additionally, there is the excitement of the holiday season. But out of all the joys of being back, I mostly look forward to home cooking. While away at school, I often long for the delicious meals my family or I create.     My Ideal Meal at Head in the Clouds

    While I was unable to attend this year’s Head in the Clouds music festival, I remember seeing posts and reels on Instagram of so many mouth-watering food vendors. After looking at the endless choices on their website, I decided to piece together my dream meal of the best featured vendors at this year’s spread. Some of these vendors have come to the East Coast at food festivals like Smorgasburg and various pop-ups, so don’t be discouraged by their presence on the West Coast!
