Fall is my absolute favorite season, and in my opinion, the best season (no argument allowed!). As winter creeps upon us and the weather continues to get colder, here are some songs I recommend playing to enjoy the last month of fall. The songs I have selected are ones that I have connected with and play on repeat everyday. Here are 11 songs I recommend for the 11th month of the year!
*Some songs listed are explicit content*
1.) The Color Violet – Tory Lanez
This song is my current favorite song and I am obsessed everytime I listen to it. If you haven’t tried listening to R&B, I definitely recommend this song as a starter!
2.) Control Me – Colde
This South Korean singer is very popular among K-R&B, and for a very good reason! His songs get you in a really good mood.
3.) Shinunogawa E-wa – Fujii Kaze
I first heard this song on Tiktok, and I immediately rushed to Spotify to add it to my playlist after hearing it. Although I don’t understand all of the lyrics, I love every second of this song.
4.) Cologne – beabadoobee
beabadoobee, a Filipina/American songwriter/singer, is my top favorite artist. I absolutely. Love. Her. Taste.
5.) golden hour – JVKE
I also discovered this song on Tiktok, and omg did it blow up! The song has a very euphoric vibe to it and I often hear it playing in cafes, restaurants, and dorms.
6.) Clouded – Brent Faiyaz
A friend of mine recommended this song and I have been obsessed with it ever since. Perfect for cold weather.
7.) Lady of Namek – Tory Lanez
I had to plug another song by my favorite artist of course. Another great song that warms you up inside.
8.) Remember Me – UMI
UMI is a talented American singer/songwriter recommended by one of my friends (shoutout Jolene). She’s also half Japanese!
9.) What It Is – Amber Mark
If you want to know what an angel sounds like, you need to listen to Amber Mark. Her voice in this song will give you chills.
10.) Bejeweled – Taylor Swift
I just had to include Taylor Swift for the Swifties out there (you know who you are) and I get the hype over Taylor Swift. This song never fails to make me sing along.
11.) Show Me How – Men I Trust
Last but not least, I recommend this song if you are ever feeling down. The beautiful melody and Proulx’s unique voice will help calm any nerves.
I included songs from some of my favorite asian artists in this playlist, so definitely give them a try and listen to them if you are interested in knowing more talented Asian artists!
Anyway, I hope you all love these songs as much as I do! And let me know if you have any other songs you recommend I add to the November playlist in the comments below.
