This recipe is inspired from Eating on a Dime. To make it, you’ll need the following in any quantity:
Boneless Chicken Breast, cooked chicken or uncooked chicken
Vegetable Oil
Frozen Peas and Carrots
Eggs
Cooked Rice
Soy Sauce
Salt and Pepper
Green Onions
Start off by prepping your rice in a rice cooker. White rice is always a good choice because of how fluffy it can be. You’ll need a hot pan for your chicken. Cut the raw chicken into bite sized pieces and coat your pan with vegetable oil. Add the chicken and remove when cooked. Add in your peas, carrots, and eggs. Finish by adding your rice, green onions, 2 tsp of soy sauce, and salt and pepper. This fast and easy recipe is good for a quick bite during study sessions.
