With the cold fall weather, I tend to gravitate towards eating warm comfort foods, like soup! One of the first kinds of soup that may come to mind when you think of soup is chicken noodle soup. For me, I think of Sopas, which is the Filipino version of chicken noodle soup! It’s a creamy macaroni soup usually eaten for breakfast, if it’s cold, or if someone is sick, meaning it’s perfect for this time of year! In this article, I’ll be sharing my mom’s sopas recipe, which she’s been making for my family since I could remember.
